For $5, anyone on the ship could buy a "No-Shave" chit from the ship's MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) Committee as a fundraiser (females bought "Hair Down" chits). They went into effect when we pulled out of Pointe Noire, Congo, a week and a half ago, and lasted until this morning rigth before we pulled into Sao Vicente, Cape Verde. Above are the results of my efforts!
